Shared Ministry

Shared Ministry is exciting and sustainable means whereby congregations are encouraged to share resources in order to extend and strengthen their mission and ministry. It can be as simple as sharing a pastor or programming with other congregations or working cooperatively to respond to a local need. Some shared ministry arrangements may be small and informal, while others involve the development of area ministry strategies and multi-staff ministries. It all depends on the resources and needs within your community.
