The Eastern Synod Lutheran is an in-house publication intended to foster a sense of unity and understanding within the Eastern Synod of the ELCIC. The Eastern Synod Lutheran is published 8 times a year by the Communication Advisory Committee of the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.

The Bishop's Journal is a regular feature in The Eastern Synod Lutheran. For reference purposes a library of current and past Bishop's Journals is provided on this website.

Synod Notes is a mailing from the Bishop's Office and serves as a primary leadership communication instrument within the Eastern Synod. It is mailed in print to all rostered pastors, diaconal ministers and synodical committee and working group members. It is also available on this web site to those who wish to access ministry resources.

The Canada Lutheran is the magazine of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, the mission of Canada Lutheran is to engage the Evangelical LutheranChurch in Canada in a dynamic dialogue in which information, inspiration and ideas are shared in a thoughtful and stimulating way.
